Return & Exchange Policy

At Marcel Robert, each piece is crafted with care and inspected before dispatch. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a transparent and respectful returns process.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, protective films and accessories included.
Return the item in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
Non-returnable: customized or made-to-order items; items showing wear, damage, or alterations not due to transport/manufacturing.

Return Shipping & Costs

Mainland France: complimentary return shipping (prepaid label provided).
International: return shipping is payable by the Client.
Original outbound shipping fees are not refunded (except in case of non-conformity).

How to Start a Return

Log in to your account > My Orders and submit a return request.
Include the delivery note in the parcel and pack securely.
Use the prepaid label if you are in France, or select a tracked service internationally.

Exchanges

As many of our pieces are limited and individually numbered, exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will proceed with a refund as described below.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Allow up to 14 days after receipt at our facility for processing (bank/PayPal timings may vary).
For international orders, import duties and taxes are not refunded by Marcel Robert. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Damaged, Defective or Non-Conforming Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or your item shows a manufacturing defect, please notify us promptly and include clear photos of the parcel and item:

Once non-conformity is confirmed, we will refund the product price, the original shipping, and the reasonable return shipping costs. Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.

Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
